ISLAMABAD, June 7: All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, discussed the India-Pakistan relations and the current situation in the occupied Kashmir in a meeting at its office here on Monday.

According to a press release issued by the APHC, the meeting was presided over by the acting convenor, Pervez Ahmed Advocate. The members denounced the human rights violations that continued unabated in occupied Kashmir. "The new Indian government must look into the fact and take urgent steps to stop the human rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir."

The APHC members welcomed the recent statement by the Indian foreign minister Natwar Singh, wherein he noted that "means for the settlement of all disputes between India and Pakistan, including that of Jammu and Kashmir, must be found".
