HYDERABAD, May 20: Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Yousuf Suleman has expressed concern over the increase in the prices of petroleum products.

He said this increase would automatically raise the prices of manufactured goods and services.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, Mr Suleman further said the increase in the prices of petroleum products would discourage investment and Pakistani goods would not be able to compete in the international market due to the increased cost of production.

He also deplored the increase in the power tariff.
