LARKANA, March 26: Relatives of two accident victims took out a procession in Kambar on Friday to demand arrest of those responsible for their death.

Motorcyclists Ali Bakhsh Magsi and Mohammad Ramazan Rajput were killed when a jeep ran over them near the Merran Railway crossing on the Kambar-Shahdadkot road, 30km from here, on Thursday.

The Behram police registered an FIR on the complaint of the brother of one of the deceased man against four persons, including Daulat Ram and Zulfiqar Chandio. However, no arrests were made which prompted the relatives of the deceased men to protest against the police.

Meanwhile, a man killed his wife over some domestic dispute in Pitafi village near Naudero.

Shabir Pitafi had gone to his in-laws to bring back his wife but the situation tensed after an exchange of hot words and the accused shot his wife dead on the spot and fled from the scene. The Naudero police have lodged an FIR and are investigating.
