HYDERABAD, March 3: The Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, here on Wednesday disposed of a petition of a transporter after police officials denied to have harassed him.

The court was informed that five coaches of the Geo Pakistan bus service were, however, impounded under section 550 of the relevant law by the police. The petitioner had stated that at the instance of his rivals, the Provincial Transport Authority had issued a letter with malafide intention on the basis of which the Hyderabad DPO, Latifabad TPO and B-section SHO had tried to stop his business.

He said that his rivals had lodged two FIRs lodged against his employees after an attack in the office of the Latifabad taluka Nazim on Feb 19. The petitioner alleged that respondents, without any lawful authority, occupied his office in Latifabad-7 and took away three close circuit cameras, one TV, one computer, monitor, wire cable roller, VCR and office record.
