DADU: No-trust move planned

DADU, Feb 29: The Dadu Ittehad Panel vice-chairman Roshan Buriro has said that no-confidence moves will be submitted against the Awam Dost Panel Nazims of Dadu and Johi talukas after Ashura.

He was talking to journalists at the Jatoi House here on Sunday after a meeting of the Dadu Ittehad Panel which was also attended by the federal Minister for Industries, Liaquat Ali Jatoi, MPA Dr Manzoor Leghari and MPA Ahsan Ali Jatoi.

Mr Buriro said that the Ittehad members, including Nazims and councillors, had been directed to prepare for the no-confidence moves. He said that the Dadu Ittehad Panel would contest on vacant seats in different union councils of the district in the forthcoming by-elections.

Responding to a question, he said that a no-confidence move against the People's Party Parliamentarian-backed District Nazim Malik Asad Sikandar could not be ruled out.
