NEW DELHI, Feb 24: President Gen Pervez Musharraf is expected to address an international conclave organized by an Indian magazine in New Delhi next month, but he will speak from Islamabad through a video hookup, official sources said on Tuesday.

Gen Musharraf, they said, would be the keynote speaker at the concluding session of the two-day conclave, which ends on March 13. His topic is "Building the South Asian Century".

Conference sources said US Secretary of State Colin Powell was also expected to address the meeting via a satellite link on March 12. Indian Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee will inaugurate the meeting, which is being sponsored by India Today.

Other speakers include senior ministers, opposition leader Sonia Gandhi, international economists, defence analysts, film actor Shah Rukh Khan and Indian Air Force Chief S. Krishnaswamy.
