OKARA, Feb 1: A motorcyclist was shot dead by robbers when he tried to escape them near Dalmine Ganj village on Sunday.
Reports said Wali Muhammad, who resided at Sukhpur village, was on his way to a neighbouring village by his motorcycle when some armed men signalled him to stop, but he accelerated the speed.
The next moment they shot at and injured Wali, who breathed his last on way to hospital. Deepalpur Saddar police have registered a case.
