RAWALPINDI: Watchman found dead

RAWALPINDI, Jan 29: The body of a man was found from an under- construction house in F-11/2 sector on Thursday. Police said Arshad Mehmood was working as a watchman at the under-construction house. His body was found by his employer Javaid Malik on Thursday.

Preliminary police report suggested that Arshad was electrocuted after he touched an electric water pump. However, his body was shifted to Pims for postmortem to ascertain the cause of his death, police said.

ROBBERY: Two robbers snatched Rs600,000 from a man who was on his way to his showroom after drawing cash from a bank situated on The Mall, Saddar on Thursday, police said.
