RAHIM YAR KHAN, Jan 1: A woman was killed while 19 others hurt when a coach they were travelling in overturned while negotiating a turn near Taranda Saway Khan.

Reports reaching here said a coach, (ND-1692), was coming to Bahawalpur from Karachi when it overturned at a sharp turn near Taranda Saway Khan, leaving 20 passengers injured.

However, a woman identified as Sabiha Bibi died after some time and the injured were driven to the Sheikh Zayed medical complex in critical condition. Later, some locals told newsmen that a number of accidents had occurred at this sharp turn, but the highway authorities had not bothered so far to make it a better passage.
