HYDERABAD, Dec 31: DCO Mohammad Hussain Syed has constituted committees at taluka level throughout the district to check adulteration in food items, drugs and pesticides.

He took the decision at a meeting held in his office here on Tuesday which was attended by the EDOs, drug inspectors, food inspectors and taluka municipal officers.

Speaking on the occasion, the DCO said that the taluka committees would work under the revenue DDOs and taluka health officer and a representative of taluka Nazim would also be included in each of them.
