LAHORE, Dec 27: A 26-year-old woman committed suicide in Karim Park in Shafeeqabad police precincts on Saturday.
Iram was married to Tauseef some time ago, but the couple remained issueless. They used to quarrel over the issue time and again after which Tauseef divorced his wife.
After taking it to heart, Iram consumed some poisonous substance late on Friday. She died in hospital.
