US judge visits district courts

RAWALPINDI, Dec 17: An American judge here on Wednesday visited the district courts and Lahore High Court where he was briefed about the working of judicial system.

A LHC official said that Justice Evan J Wallach was given guard of honour by the Punjab police when he reached on the premises of the LHC Rawalpindi bench where he was welcomed by Justice Maulvi Anwarul Haq, Justice Abdul Shakoor Paracha and Justice Syed Sajjad Hussain Shah of the high court.
