QUETTA, Dec 6: The camp of Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti, the grandson of the late Nawab Akbar Bugti, situated in Jaffarabad, was attacked with rockets by unidentified people on Saturday.
According to sources, at least six rockets were fired on the camp at brief intervals. However, no rocket could hit the target and all exploded in the nearby open area.
The guards of Shahzain Bugti opened fire and an exchange of fire with the assailants continued for an hour.
Unidentified people also fired three rockets at a security checkpost in Dera Bugti. However, the rockets could not hit the checkpost.
Two houses were attacked with hand-grenades in Quetta.
