HYDERABAD, Nov 19: A five-year-old boy was tested positive on Wednesday for having contracted severe form of malaria caused by dengue virus.

The boy admitted to the Civil Hospital has not been segregated from other patients yet or kept under a mosquito net.

Medical Superintendent Dr. Abdul Jabbar Sheikh confirmed the case of dengue virus.
