Best business woman title

MULTAN, Nov 19: Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Southern Punjab, President Aneela Iftikhar has been awarded the title of the “most outstanding business woman of Asia.”

Asma Al-Asad, wife of Syria’s President Bashar Al-Asad and Patron-in-Chief of Fourth Forum of Business Women of Islamic Countries, conferred upon the award to Mrs Aneela in Damascus on Monday.

The forum was jointly organised by the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Syrian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and businesswomen from 40 countries attended the forum.

Meanwhile, an agreement between Pakistan and Syria was also signed for holding single country exhibition by businesswomen of both the countries.
