KARACHI: International moot on media

KARACHI, Nov 3: Media experts from Britain, Russia, Italy and other countries, and senior media professionals, executives, researchers and academics from different parts of Pakistan will present their papers at an interdisciplinary international conference, titled “Media and social change”, being held at the University of Karachi on Nov 5 and 6.

Organized by the Faculty of Arts, the conference will be held in the university’s Arts auditorium.

The event is spread over a number of working sessions. The topics to be discussed include mass media education, psychological perspectives of media, political change, social change, political economy of the media and millennium goals, etc.—APP
