DADU, Oct 27: Two managers of a coal company were shot dead and their driver got injured when they resisted robbers at coalmines link road in Jamshoro district late on Sunday night.

Over ten armed men blocked coal mines link road near Coalmines Police Station, and started looting passengers and others.

Meanwhile, a vehicle of Super Coal Company working at coal mines reached at the place of incident. The armed men signalled the vehicle to stop but the driver did not stop. The armed men opened fire on the vehicle as result of which two managers of the company Liaquat Ali and Abid Hussain died on the spot while their Zaheer Ahmed got injured. The bandits escaped.

Police raided some villages of area, arrested ten suspects and began investigation. The bodies were brought at LUMHS Jamshoro hospital which were later shifted to Civil Hospital Hyderabad for autopsy.
