Heavyweight bout

BERLIN, Oct 18: The world heavyweight title fight on Dec 13 between IBF, WBO and IBO champion Vladimir Klitschko of Ukraine and Russian challenger Alexander Povetkin will be held in the central German city of Mannheim, the former said on Friday.

Vladimir Klitschko goes into the fight with a record of 48 wins from 51 fights, 45 by knock-out. Povetkin, Olympic champion at the 2004 Athens Games, is unbeaten in 16 contests with 12 knockouts.—AFP
