FAISALABAD, Oct 3: Three friends were gunned down and another was injured by four unidentified assailants on Thursday in Chak 209-RB.
Reports said that Asim Riaz along with his friends Tariq Saleem, Tariq Mehmood and Altaf Tabassum was on way to his house after attending a funeral prayer when assailants fired at them.
Resultantly Asim, Mehmood and Saleem died on the spot while Tabassum received bullet wounds.
He was rushed to Allied Hospital where he was said to be in a critical condition. Police were of the view that enmity could be the motive behind the incident.
Saddar police have registered a case against the killers.
