Two killed on road

SHEIKHUPURA, Sept 3: Two students were killed in a road accident on Faisalabad Road near Kharianwala on Wednesday.

Shahbaz, Dilawar and Babar were coming back from tuition centre at Kharianwala when a speeding private ambulance hit them while crossing the road. As a result Shahbaz and Dilawar died on the spot while Babar sustained critical injuries. He was shifted to hospital. The ambulance driver managed his escape, leaving the vehicle on the spot.

Bhikki police have registered a case and seized the ambulance. — Correspondent
