DERA GHAZI KHAN, Sept 1: Scores of employees at OGDC’s Dhodak plant staged a protest demonstration on Monday some 100km from here against privatisation of Qadirpur Field in Sindh.

The demonstration was organised by Dhodhak Plant employees union.

The protestors led by Tauqir Qaisrani chanted slogans against the privatisation of the field and termed it a conspiracy against the country as it was a profit-giving unit.

The workers wore black armbands and kept the plant’s main gate locked for sometime.

GANGS BUSTED: City circle police claimed to have busted four crime gangs allegedly involved in dacoity, kidnap, car theft, recovering stolen vehicles, besides two kilogram heroine.
