Body of kidnapped boy found

GUJRANWALA, Sept 1: A boy who was kidnapped from Ratta Road here on Sunday was found strangled in suburban Jandiala Baghwala locality on Monday.

Aman Ali, a primary school student, was playing in the street along with his friends when unidentified men kidnapped him. The abductors took Ali to Jandiala Baghwala where they strangled him and fled after throwing his body in fields.

Some passers-by informed the police which rushed to the scene and shifted the body for autopsy.

The motive behind the murder could not be ascertained as yet. However, victim’s father Tariq was earning livelihood in a foreign country for the past two years. The Satellite Town police registered a case.
