JACOBABAD, Aug 23: Personnel of Excise police seized 800 kilograms of hashish and 400 bundles of smuggled cloth from an oil tanker on the Indus Highway near Dero-More in the jurisdiction of Kashmore police station on Saturday.

Reports reaching here said that police intercepted an oil tanker coming from Peshawar to Karachi and recovered 400 bundles of smuggled cloth and 800 kg of hashish.

Police arrested Rukhsar Khan Pathan and cleaner Zakrullah and impounded the tanker.
