Minor girl among six kidnapped

KHAIRPUR, Aug 12: Two women and a minor girl of Marrecha community and three Hindu men were kidnapped near Mundh Jamrao and Abdul Aziz Marrecho village in Gambat area late on Monday night.

Reports said that Rano Marrecho lodged an FIR at Gambat police station accusing Misri, Hero and Jumo Marrecho of kidnapping his sister Moomal Marrecho, 23, her daughter Shanti, 5, and Miran Marrecho, 12, daughter of the complainant.

The complainant said that Misri Marrecho wanted to marry Miran Marrecho, but when he refused Misri and his accomplices kidnapped all the women.

The women were kidnapped on July 13 and since then Rano had been protesting.

In another incident, three people belonging to Hindu community were kidnapped from their home near Mundh Jamrao late on Monday night.

Reports said that Nathoo Mal, his nephew Vicky Kumar and servant Kundan Lal were asleep when the kidnappers broke into their home and took them away at gunpoint.injured: A man suffered injuries when he was fired upon by reportedly by the tribesmen of Ulro tribe on Tuesday.
