SHIKARPUR, July 21: Four kidnapped people were freed by the kidnappers on Monday, police sources said.

According to the sources, Maqsood Ahmed Odho, Tariq Hussain, Imran Ali and Sohail Ahmed, residents of Chitti Dribh, were kidnapped by some armed men from near Garhi Yasin a month ago. They were freed by the kidnappers after police developed pressure on them through search operations.

The kidnappers left the kidnap victims in kutcha area near Madeji town from where they were taken to their houses under police security.—Correspondent
