SHIKARPUR, July 16: The fourth additional sessions’ judge issued notices on Tuesday to MNA Ghous Bux Mahar, his son and MPA Mohammad Shaharyar Mahar, nazim of union council Taib, Nadir Shah, and one Sikandar Ali Shah to appear in court on Aug 8 in a case of double murder.

The court issued the notices, rejecting the investigation police’s request to delete names of the accused from the case after police acquitted them of murder charges of Ghulam Qadir Bhayo and Qabil Bhayo who were shot dead during Feb 18 general election.

Rustam police had registered a case on the complaint of Abdul Khaliq Bhayo against Ghous

Bux Mahar, Mohammad Shaharyar Mahar, UC nazim Nadir Shah and another man, accusing them of being directly involved in the double murder.
