He was intercepted and deprived of cash at gunpoint by two suspects riding a motorcycle. The police launched a snap checking during which suspects, identified as Kamran and Javed Baloch, were arrested following a shootout, according to SPO Orangi.

Police recovered Rs240,000 from their possession and a TT pistol. Their third accomplice, Rafiq Baloch, who is allegedly in possession of the rest of the cash is still at large, said DSP Qaiser Ali Shah.

He said Kamran and Javed are residents of Lyari and Rafiq Baloch lives in Orangi, and they had prior information about the cash.
