Shahzeb shines for Zone-I

KARACHI, July 15: Shahzeb Nazar scored an unbeaten half-century as Zone-I crushed Lasbela by 105 runs in a KCCA Inter-zonal Under-15 Cricket Championship match at the Asghar Ali Shah Stadium on Monday.

Shahzeb hit four boundaries in his 54 not out as Zone-I made 190-6 in 50 overs. Lasbela, in reply, were dismissed for 85 in 38.1 overs.

In another match, Musaib Sheikh grabbed five wickets for 34 to spin Zone-VII to a 55-run win over Zone-III at the Student Ground.

At Pak Star Ground, Bilal Manzoor finished with excellent figures of 5-11 but failed to save Zone-IV from a four-wicket defeat at the hands of Zone-VI.
