PESHAWAR, June 29: The Khogiani Refugee Camp has been removed from the land selected for proposed Durrani Media Colony, to be set up for journalists of Peshawar near Nasir Bagh.
According to a press release, Peshawar Press Club chairman Mohammad Riaz told a meeting of the governing body of the club that the land selected for the colony was vacated from refugees. “This is a big achievement in regard with setting up of colony for journalists,” he observed.—APP
