JACOBABAD, June 21: A protest rally was taken out by different political parties and other groups, including STP, Sindhi Adabi Sangat, Awami Tehrik and PPP-SB in Thul on Saturday against the illegal occupation of Shah Abdul Latif Library by an NGO.

Leaders, including Saeed Shaikh, Mukhtiar Ahmed Shahmir led the rally.

The rally started from the Municipal road and after passing through main roads reached outside the press club. The protesters were carrying placards and banners inscribed with different slogans against the occupation.

They said that an NGO had occupied Shah Abdul Latif Library illegally and demanded that the occupation should be ended.
