Farhan, Nasir to vie in Korea

ISLAMABAD, June 10: Farhan Zaman and Nasir Iqbal will represent Pakistan in the Asian Junior Individual squash championship, starting in Busan, South Korea, from June 26.

The duo have been selected on showing good performance in national and international events, an official of the Pakistan Squash Federation said on Tuesday.

He added that Farhan Zaman had won Roshan Khan Under-19 and Qatar Under-17 championships.

About Nasir, the official said he had won Roshan Khan U-15 and Qatar U-15 championships.

Nasir also won silver medal in the British Junior Open 2008.

The players will join a training camp under coach Fahim Gul from Friday.
