ISLAMABAD, May 1: The executive magistrate, Chaudhry Asadullah Faiz, has issued non-bailable warrant for the arrest of the youth who claims to be prince of Hunza valley, for not appearing before his court.

Prince Sheharyar Khan, the son of former member of the Northern Areas Legislative Council, Ghazanfar Ali Khan, has been accused of forcibly occupying a restaurant in the green belt of Fazal-i-Haq Road in connivance with some officials of the Islamabad administration.

JUDICIAL REMAND: Magistrate Jehangir Mir on Monday sent a recruiting agent to Adiala Jail on a 14-day judicial remand for allegedly being involved in illegal business of visas.

The Secretariat police had arrested the accused, Tajamul Baig, under section 6 of the Passport Act and 420 of the PPC, from the Diplomatic Enclave and recovered over 100 receipts of passports from him which he had deposited in different embassies for visas.

The police said the accused was illegally operating as an overseas employment agent.

The same judge sent an Afghan national on a 14-day judicial remand for illegally staying in the country.

BAIL REJECTED: The additional district and sessions judge, Islamabad, Chaudhry Mohammad Younas rejected the bail petition of Mohammad Ashraf and three others. They had been booked in different cases by Barakahu police station under sections 482 and 506 of the PPC.
