Probe against TMA officials

KHANEWAL, May 22: An investigation has been initiated against Jahanian Tehsil Municipal Administration officials who have been accused of corruption.

Speaking to local notables here on Thursday, Khanewal District Coordination Officer Qazi Muhammad Ashfaq said corruption would not be tolerated in the TMA. On this occasion the DCO called TMA officials on the stage to answer people’s questions regarding corruption. He also told the authorities concerned to make the Jahanian water filtration plant operative within a couple of days.
