Pakistanis shine in Asian wushu

LAHORE, May 16: Two Pakistani wushu players are closed to win medals in the Asian championship in Macau, according to information released here by the Pakistan Wushu Federation on Friday.

In the 75kgs weight category, Samiullah reached the final after defeating his Chinese opponent in the semi-final.

The other player, Syed Maratib Ali, contesting in the 60kgs class qualified for the semi-final after defeating a player from Kazakhstan in the quarter-final.
