MITHI, May 12: The Nagarparkar police have registered a case against Pakistan Muslim League-Q MNA Dr Ghulam Hyder Samejo, his father Haji Amin, his brother Aftab, Hanif, Abdul Karim, Rano and five other people on the order of district and sessions judge of Tharparkar.

Complainant Panah Saand claimed that on Feb 18, 2008, on the day of national elections, MNA Ghulam Hyder Samejo and ten other men nominated in the FIR, had resorted to aerial firing, created panic, harassed voters and misbehaved and quarrelled with them at the polling station of village Tankario in taluka Nagarparkar.
