KCCA General Body meeting

KARACHI, April 28: The Annual General Body meeting of the KCCA was held at the KCCA Office, National Stadium Saturday under the chairmanship of Munir Hussain President KCCA.

After Prof. S. Sirajul Bukhari Hon. Sec, KCCA presented the annual report, Syed Noorul Hermain, Hon Treasurer satisfied the various queries made by the members.

Rich tributes were paid to Bukhari, for discharging his duties loyally to the KCCA and also to the Hon Treasurer.

Later, S.N. Hermain was honoured with a gold medal in view of his meritorious services to the Association.

The General Body also accepted the resignation of Aftab Ahmed, Secretary, KCCA Zone I on personal grounds and directed the Zone I office bearers to hold its meeting and fill in the vacancy.

Condolence resolutions were also passed on the passing away of former Test cricketers Abdul Kadir and Afaq Hussain, former President BCCP and KCA, I.A. Khan, former Karachi selector and all India cricketer Abbas Khan Lodhi, KCCA ex-vice-president Lala Noor Mohammad and former KCA managing committee member, first class umpire and coach A.K. Majeed.
