HYDERABAD, May 7: A man injured his 55-year-old mother-in-law by hitting her on the head with a blunt object in Ghangra Mori on Wednesday.

Area people moved her to Civil Hospital. She is resident of Tando Thoro and had gone to meet her daughter where Abdul Rauf, her own son-in-law attacked her after a petty dispute.

RESCUED: People rescued a young boy who had tried to commit suicide by jumping into Phulelli Canal after a dispute with family and moved him to Civil Hospital on Wednesday. The hospital discharged him after providing first aid.
