KHAIRPUR: Anti-polio drive

KHAIRPUR, May 6: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah inaugurated the latest round of anti-polio campaign in Sindh by administering drops to children up to five years of age at the Civil Hospital here on Tuesday.

The campaign will continue throughout the province till May 8.

The chief minister said on the occasion that education and health sectors were on top of the government’s priority list.

The government hospitals would be equipped with modern facilities and a huge amount was being spent on the eradication of polio, he said.

He asked vaccination teams to ensure that no child had been left unattended.—Correspondent
