Smuggling bid foiled

RAWALPINDI, May 2: The Anti-Narcotics Force foiled an attempt to smuggle nine kilograms of heroin abroad from Islamabad airport and arrested three persons including an Airport Security Force (ASF) official and a private company loader, Dawn has learnt.

A senior official of the ANF said the passenger who was carrying the narcotics had been arrested while the two other persons including the ASF official were being investigated.
