Online enrolment of firms soon

ISLAMABAD, April 26: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) will launch an e-Services project soon to facilitate the corporate sector in filing the documents for incorporation of companies and other event-based returns.

Addressing a seminar on “E-Governance Regime in the Corporate World,” Rashid I. Malik, Commissioner, Company Law Division, SECP, briefed the participants about the project which will be launched in collaboration with the e-Government Directorate (EGD).

The seminar was jointly organised by the SECP and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in Lahore on Saturday, said an SECP press release.

Presentations were made on e-Services project and e-Services/processes digital signatures.—APP
