KARACHI, April 21: Hammad Khan scored 36 points to help the Institute of Business Management defeat the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) ‘B’ team 73-46 in the seventh AKU Inter-university basketball tournament at the AKU Sports Centre Gymnasium here on Sunday.

Farhan Firdaus supported Hammad with 12 points.

Earlier, IBA ‘A’ thrashed Jinnah Medical and Dental College (JMDC) 33-22.

Zubbair Chattah was the top-scorer for the IBA with 18 points.

In another match, the Aga Khan University (AKU) overpowered the Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM) 68-26.

Salman Gondal (19 points) was the main contributor for the AKU.—PPI
