LAHORE, April 18: Robbers gunned down a factory employee in Green Town here on Friday.
Police said Intikhab of Chungi Amar Sadhu was returning from his factory along with his friend, Ashfaq, when three robbers stopped them near Kacha Jail Road. They opened fire on Intikhab when he put up resistance. He was rushed to the General Hospital where he died.In the other incident, a 25-year-old woman was shot dead in Baghbanpura.
Sumaira had gone to a marriage function of her relative where Amir under the influence of liquor started teasing women. Sumaira and other women admonished him which infuriated him. He brought a gun from his house and shot Sumaira dead.
