Two killed in tribal clash

QUETTA, April 16: Two tribesmen were killed and four others injured in an armed clash between two factions of the Kakozai tribe in the Killa Abdullah area on Wednesday.

According to police sources, the exchange of fire between the two groups continued for several hours.

The two tribesmen who were killed have been identified as Gul Baran and Faizullah.

“The cause of the clash is said to be old enmity,” Wazir Khan Nasar, district police officer of Killa Abdullah said, adding that police and other law-enforcement personnel had been deployed in the area.
