NOWSHERA, April 13: The authorities set a 48-hour deadline for Afghan refugees to vacate 650 shops in Jalozai refugee camp on Sunday.
A convoy of 50 vehicles with more than 500 personnel of FC and police held flag march at the refugee camp.
The paramilitary troops through loudspeakers warned over 650 Afghan families to vacate the refugee camp within 48 hours otherwise legal action would be taken against them and their shops would be demolished with bulldozers. According to Afghan Commissionerate about 19,000 Afghans had left the Jalozai refugee camp so far while over 150 families were registering daily for vacating the camp.
