Two killed in Indian shelling

MUZAFFARABAD, April 21: Two people died and three others were injured in Poonch district of Azad Kashmir on Saturday night in Indian shelling from across the Line of Control, police said.

A 22-year-old man, Mohammad Ishaq, son of Khan Mohammad, died after a shell hit a poultry farm in Darra Sher Khan village where he was sleeping, SP Raja Ghulam Sarwar said.

He said a three-year old boy, Umair, son of Hafeez Butt, who was injured in Indian shelling in the same village on Thursday evening, succumbed to wounds in a hospital on Saturday night.
