BUNER, April 1: District Coordination Officer Arshad Khan has imposed section 144 of CrPC in the district banning dumping of construction material on road sides to avoid public nuisance as well as minimise chances of planting remote control bombs.

Constructions material along the road sides was affecting the smooth flow of traffic and sometimes it was used by the miscreants for planting remote control bombs to attack government functionaries, said a handout issued here on Tuesday.

According to the handout section 144 will be affective from April 5 and the locals are directed to remove the construction material during the stipulated period otherwise legal action will be taken against the violators.

COUNCIL MEETS: The tehsil council of Daggar during its monthly session discussed the efficiency of the line departments. The meeting of the council was held here on Tuesday with its convener Habibullah Khan in the chair.
