HYDERABAD, March 28: Artists have been asked to highlight world peace and problems of humanity through their work.

This message was given by the world famed artists to their contemporaries during concluding session of three-day International Conference on Art and Exhibition organised by the Institute of Art and Design University of Sindh on Thursday.

Vice Chancellor Isra University Dr Asadullah Kazi was the chief guest.

Art scholars like Nelofer Furrukh, Curator and Art Historian from Karachi; Dr Shazia Mirza from the National College of Arts, Lahore; Prof Qudsia Nisar Chairperson Department of Fine Arts Islamia University Bahawalpur; Prof Radhe Shayam Mulmi and Prof Ragini Grela Upadhayaya from Nepal; Shahbaz Malik Faculty Member of Fine Arts of Islamia University Bahawalpur; Farah Mehmood from Rawalpindi

Dr Muhammad Saleem; Dr Bhai Khan Shar Director of Centre of Excellence Arts and Design MUET; Dr Muhammad Ali Bhatti Director Institute of Arts and Design praised spirit and creativity of younger generation towards art and culture.

Earlier, those who presented papers included Prof Qudsia Nisar, Prof Shazia Mirza, Dr Suleyman Tarman of Art Department Ondokuz Mayis University Turkey and others.
