KARACHI, March 24: Second seed Asfand Rauf overcame stiff opposition from upcoming Zuhair Raza to post straight win and land his maiden men’s singles crown in the third Sindh ranking tennis tournament at the Beach View Club on Monday.

Zuhair, however, continued his winning streak when he claimed third straight title of juniors U-17 singles of the year the other day. His victim was third seed Omer Shahid who lost 3-6, 3-6.

Junior international and third seed Adil Kohari who skipped the last competition, crowned boys U-15 title by getting the better of four seed Abdul Rehman 6-3, 6-2.
