DADU, March 24: The Judicial Magistrate Dadu on Monday ordered the Town police to release three children who were arrested by operation wing of Dadu town for stealing iron rods and other material from the Army Public School here on Sunday.

Police had arrested Imran Thebo 14, Ali Gul 10, and Sajjad Ali 11 on the complaint of administration of Army public School, Dadu.

Police produced the children before the court and sought judicial remand. Police informed the court that operation police had handed over one accused Imran Thebo to investigation police for further investigation. He said that police had not shown arrest of two other children who were nominated in the FIR.

The judge said that all the three children were underage, hence police can not arrest them and ordered their release besides cancelling the FIR registered against them.

The court also directed police to get age certificate of the children from Civil Hospital Dadu.

The arrested boy Imran Thebo said that he was flying kite near Army Public School when officials captured him and handed over to police.

Investigation officer of the case ASI Nasraullah said that boys would be produced before a medical board to ascertain their age.
