114 members of 32 gangs arrested

LAHORE, March 19: Okara police claimed to have arrested 114 members of 32 gangs involved in a number of incidents of murder, dacoity, highway robbery, cattle theft and motorcycle-snatching and recovered stolen goods worth Rs13.12 million.

The police recovered three tractors, 87 cattle, 24 motorcycles, besides 63 pistols, 19 carbines, 21 revolvers, four guns and eight rifles from the possession of criminals.—APP
